2025-12-02 haecksen meeting

We've been 5-6 people. There was no big hunger for plenum, and so it was decided to skip it. People enjoyed socializing and solving advent of code together.

Agenda

Written after the fact as plenum was skipped.

Some points for a plenum agenda were raised:

- It could be helpful to have a list in the wiki coordinating who is accountable for the haecksen meeting on which day.

 - This is required for making sure a dezentrale member takes care of the rooms.
 - Having this list upfront would be helpful to coordinate in advance.

- The dates for haecksen meetings on the dezentrale homepage are currently wrong.

 - We still announce first Tuesday and third Wednesday of the month.
 - Fiona was tempted to look into making the adjustment on the homepage. As of noon 2025-12-03 this led nowhere.

- We've had a first haecksathon.

 - We could figure out when to do the next one.
